Hiring a Giant Reign enduro bike will give you the confidence to tackle everything from technical descents and machine build flow trails, all the way through to our rugged wilderness trails, exploring the amazing scenery and views Tasmania has to offer. Downhill Bike
With some of Australia’s longest descents and most technical trails, one of our Giant Glory downhill hire bikes is a great way to make the most of our technical trails, as well as feel confident on a huge range of flow and jump trails. Set up with 200mm of suspension, aggressive tyres, and all the stopping power you could ask for, take one of our downhill dire bikes out this season and experience what Maydena has to offer.

E-Bike
Getting out & exploring the bike park with your mates is easier than ever with our range of full powered e-bikes. Our Giant Trance X E+ electric hire bikes give you the opportunity to power you up the climbs & rally the descents. All E-Bikes include a complimentary Mountain Pass with hire, giving you access to midline under your own steam, or to the complete network of trails on the Uplifts (sold separately). These long travel electric bikes are a great way to get the most out of your day.

KIDS RUN BIKE
The balance bike allows kids to learn to balance on two wheels. It clearly gives confidence to the child; they feel safe and can progress at their own pace. This is the perfect bike for your child to explore the pump track and our lower Wattle Grove loop at the bottom of the bike park.

At Maydena Bike Park we have a range of 100% Full Face Helmets in various sizes available to rent from $20/day, or combine this with knee and elbow pad hire for $30/day.

WHAT IF I BREAK SOMETHING?
DAMAGE WAIVER
Take the stress out of renting, a damage waiver removes any charges from damage or breakages. For ultimate peace of mind, reduce your rental bike damage liability to $0.
FAQ’s
What does a day of rental include?
A day of rental includes the bike only for the day. It does not include any helmet or protection hire these can however can be added to your booking at checkout.
Does rental include an uplift pass?
Uplift passes are purchased separately. You can view our range of options and pricing here.
Do you have clipless pedals?
All hire bikes come with flat pedals. We do not offer clip-in pedals but are happy to swap them over if supplied.
I have rented my bike for multiple days can I take it home with me?
We ask all our bikes get returned at the end of your day’s riding. All our bikes get a thorough inspection, cleaning and maintenance if required. Don’t worry though you’ll get the exact bike back each day.
Can I hire half-face helmets?
As we strongly advocate the use of full-face helmets for all riders in the park we only have full-face helmets available for rental.
What are the benefits of an E-Bike?
E-Bikes allow you to climb further and with less effort. Not to mention they are also a lot of fun to climb uphill. Utilising our climbing network of trails you’ll have access to 400m+ of elevation and trails.
Can I swap the orientation of my brakes?
If you let our friendly staff know when picking up your bike we will happily swap the brakes for you.
What happens if I break something whilst riding?
Unfortunately crashes happen its a part of mountain biking. If you break something on your bike as a result of a crash we will charge you the cost to fix the bike. However we do offer a damage waiver for $30/day to take the stress out of renting, a damage waiver removes any charges from damage or breakages. Can I rent a bike for half a day?
Our bikes can only be booked for a full-day rental.
Do your bikes come with a bottle cage?
All our Enduro and E-Bikes come with a bottle cage, or can be fitted with one on request.
